Building a home involves many details, large and small. At Lexar Homes we offer our special Turn-Key Service to our customers, so you don’t have to manage the details. Turn-Key means we do all the work necessary, from ground work to 99% recycling of all construction materials — right up to handing you your keys.
We review water, power and sewage needs and arrange for experts to inspect, install and design these systems as necessary. We have teamed up with experienced proven experts and created not only a full site management plan which will assure you that your site will be prepared the correct way but also due to the amount of homes we build and our precise management techniques we are able to receive the best pricing available. We now can offer a completed Home package at an incredible price.
