Our experience working with Lexar Homes was exceptional. The process from picking out blueprints, to choosing options and putting the entire package together was pleasurable. The individuals working for Lexar in the office and on the work site were professional, courteous, helpful, and above all honest. By honest, I mean they did not gloss over the facts, they under promised and over performed.

We built expecting this to be our last home we would live in. We chose several upgrades, enhancing our home. We were able to modify the plans “2130” to our liking without resistance from Lexar.

Everyone was easy to work with, they stayed on schedule and were able to move into our home on time.

We often refer others to Lexar. Building a Lexar home was a very pleasant experience, and now having been in our home for almost a year and a half, our opinion has only gotten better.

My family and I wanted to let you know how excited we are to be able to say "We built a Lexar Home". Building a home was not an easy choice to make. However, with the experience and knowledge that your employees presented, we knew that we were making the right decision. We sincerely appreciate the effort that your company put into building us such an awesome home.

In December of last year, we began the process of making the largest investment we have ever made. We first visited your Kennewick Model Home and office where we were greeted with great hospitality. It was like a one stop shop. All of our questions were answered and your team described the buiding process to us. The options that were given, from floor plans to colors, were phenomenal. At that time we knew that your company would build for us.

Throughout the building process, Bryan and Chris kept us informed of the progression of construction. In just a few months from groundbreaking, our home was nearly complete. Now, we live in a wonderfully comfortable home. Everything about it is amazing. Our energy bills are even lower than when we lived in a small apartment. We have plenty of storage space, impressive open areas for gatherings, and the larger than average size bedrooms give us plenty of space for privacy. We can't say enough.

My husband and I want to thank you for building our home. We had just moved from out of state and took a chance on a builder we had only heard good things about from family who lived here. We looked at other builders, but we chose you, because we felt you were more than just a builder. From the moment we walked into the Centralia model home and met our sales agent, Jason Tomasali, we knew we were going to like what was ahead. The quality of construction for the price per square foot was unmatched.

After the initial permitting and prepping of our home site, you were there everyday to build our dream. This is our 4th home we have built, and this is the first that we had workers on our site everyday, so they were sure we could move in as soon as possible. The home we built with you was no small task! It was a 3 story custom with a full basement and an oversized 4 car garage. You had, very graciously, re-engineered the plan several times to accommodate our family of six. The final plan was stunning. The excitement we had to see it finished was over the top. The drawing included a goregous stone, wood burning fireplace with a stone chimney to match

As the construction continued, we had built an amazing rapport with all of the sub contractors. We were so pleased to find the majority were small business owners working just to feed their families in a very tough economy. They took the time and care needed to do a top quality job with the speed and accuracy we have never seen in any of the previous homes we have built. There is one person in particular that we would like to highlight, without whom we are sure the experience would not have been as great. His name is Dave Topel, Job Supervisor.

In our eyes, he is of the highest caliber an individual can be. He is honest, hard working, and so giving to lend a hand when the job had to get done. He was also very flexible when it came to making changes throughout the building process. He had vision and insight that we knew was dead on! There were things he would say like "hey you might want to think about this and here's why." Dave Topel's can-do attitude helped us to save a lot of time and money. Our home was built in 110 days instead of the 140 on contract. He added such value to our home as if it were his own, and for that, thank you doesn't seem to be enough. We will forever be in his debt for helping us in one of the most important things in our lives. Our final home. He is an asset to your company.

We have left you with such high regard, that we do expect great things to come from you in our future family growth, here on our 41 acres. The county we live in will allow up to 8 homes to be built, each on 5 acre parcels. We bought this property with that in mind, so when our children are ready to build a home, they can do it next to mom and dad. Based on our experience with you building our dream home, we know, you will be building our family homes for generations to come. The floor plan is wonderful and spacious and we appreciate the quality and beauty with which our home was built.
