When we set out to design this home, we wanted a home that would offer a sense of space in less than 1,500 square feet.

Our designers rose to the challenge and created a plan that gives the homeowner the openness in the living area, with bedrooms that are sized for comfort. You'll enjoy the open floor plan that embraces the great room, dining room, and kitchen, situated under a vaulted ceiling that adds to the spacious feeling here. The kitchen's island includes a breakfast bar that seats up to six people. You also gain valuable storage space with the creative placement of closets throughout this plan. Your primary suite occupies the full depth of the home. There's space for a sitting area, if you choose. You'll enjoy your private bath, and your oversized, walk-in closet offers even more storage in the smartly designed layout.
