When you step into the Idaho Magnolia traditional floor plan, the spaciousness of the main floor is on full display. Just off the entry are two rooms, a den and a study. These spaces are roomy and flexible to fit your needs. Use them both as office space, turn one into a flex/bonus area, or add a closet to make one a bedroom. A generously sized primary bedroom and bathroom suite sit on the main floor of the Magnolia and have access to the outdoor living area. The large great room has two doors to the outside and lead you into an open concept kitchen and separated dining nook area. Upstairs you'll find a junior suite and two additional bedrooms standard with a huge open to below area to create magnificent, stunning look in the great room.

An essential element of the modern farmhouse home plan is also a staple of the Magnolia--a huge wrap around porch! This same look is adapted to fit perfectly with our prairie and timber style of this home.  This floor plan also includes a standard 3 car garage with plenty of room!
