The Maple Traditional Floor Plan

The Maple Traditional floor plan is a single level house design with open concept living in the heart of the home and a primary suite designed for privacy and relaxation.

The outside of the home is attractive from any angle front, side and back. Whether your desired style is a contemporary look, a traditional look, or a rustic, timber frame exterior, the Maple is adaptable to look stunning in any form. The angled garage design allows for extra space to move around inside and leaves opportunity for additional garage bays--even an RV garage! The porch cover on the back of the home sits on top of a wide patio. The back of the Maple is designed to allow for covered porch extensions off of any room on the back of the home. 

When it comes to rambler home plans, the floor plan layout can make or break the feel and functionality of a house. For the Maple, the layout has been thoughtfully planned to include all of the major features and design elements that you'd want for main floor living.
