Building a custom home in this community comes with some additional requirements compared to the usual build – Buy with us and we will guide you through the process of building in Suncadia
Suncadia is a world class resort community developed and carefully placed in an area surrounded by rivers and forest in central Washington. In order to preserve the integrity of the natural landscape and wildlife for years to come, the Declarant of this planned development has implemented a Design Review Committee, or “DRC”, to act on proposed plans for the community to be sure they align with the overall vision.
While the intent of the DRC is to ensure the excellent standards of the community are maintained through every home built, we know this can add a stressful, time consuming element to the build timeline. If you are building in Suncadia with Lexar Homes, we will help you with this. All of are plans are put through the DRC before we go to build so when it comes time for all 11 parts of this process, we have your back!

Trails to Explore:
The outdoor recreation in Suncadia is one of the most attractive things about the community, and their trail systems are a big part of that. There are 40+ miles of both paved and unpaved trails in Suncadia to explore. Hike, bike, walk, run, ski, snowshoe, or whatever you desire. Some trails even have stunning lookout points, like this one!
36 Holes of Golf:
From spring through early fall, enjoy two different aware-winning mountain golf courses at this resort. Each course has it’s own challenges and both are surrounded by the scenery of rolling pine forests and towering granite peaks.
Community Parks:
Suncadia has multiple community parks for you and the family to enjoy including Dawson Park – it’s largest. Dawson Park offers large open fields, basketball, pickle-ball and tennis courts, disc golf, a large play structure, and a dog park for your furry friends to get out their exercise.
Winter Recreation:
Whether you want to stay at the resort or venture out for the day, there are plenty of winter activities to keep you entertained. The resort offers sledding with tube rentals, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobile rentals, and more. If you want a day trip to hit the big slopes, the Summit at Snoqualmie resort is just 30 miles west of Suncadia.
