- To refer you must be either a past or current Lexar customer.
- Find some friends or relatives who are thinking about building. Ask them if you can put them forward for the Lexar Homes referral program.
- Make sure your friends aren’t already talking to a consultant at Lexar Homes about building their home.
- Enter your friend’s details in the form on this page. You’ll need your New Home Consultant’s name too (if you have one).
- We’ll do the rest! If your friend signs a contract to build, you will receive your reward when the foundation is poured. Easy!
You can refer as many friends as you like, and the more friends who choose to build with us, the more you’ll be rewarded.

To be eligible to receive the referral fees, the referrer must:
- Must refer a person who enters into a building contract with Lexar Homes through the same Lexar Homes office.
- Referred friends must be new clients to Lexar Homes and not already in our computer database.
- Obtain permission from the referred before submitting their details.
The Referee can refer multiple friends — there’s no limit.
The referred customer must advise Lexar Homes of the person who referred them at the time of signing a Lexar Homes Contract. No referral details will be accepted after this point.
The referral payment will be paid to the referrer when the referred customer’s home has commenced construction (foundation poured stage).
The referral fee will be disbursed to the referee on a qualified lead by Lexar Homes at the time Lexar Homes pours the concrete foundation. If the contract is canceled, this offer becomes null and void. The referral promotion will end at the discretion of Lexar Homes. The decision of Lexar Homes shall be final and not contested.
This program cannot be used in conjunction with the any other referral program.
Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise. Entry into this program is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
