BUILD ON YOUR LAND 101 GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

Sponsor: Stiletto Construction, doing business as Lexar Homes of the Treasure Valley, 910 E Franklin Rd #103, Meridian, ID 83642 ("Sponsor").

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Idaho and Oregon who are 18 or older at the time of entry. The land the entrant owns or plans to build on must be located within Sponsor's Treasure Valley build territory, which covers much of Southwest Idaho and parts of Eastern Oregon. Entrants do not need to own land to enter. To confirm whether a specific area or ZIP code falls within the build territory, contact [email protected]. Employees of Sponsor and of Lexar Homes, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins Friday, September 25, 2026, and ends Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM Mountain Time ("Entry Period").

How to Enter: Register for the Build on Your Land 101 virtual seminar during the Entry Period, either online at https://www.lexarhomes.com/treasure-valley-backup/local-home-builder-events/ or by completing an entry card at a Lexar Homes event. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will not count.

Prize: One (1) Blackstone griddle, approximate retail value $200–$500 depending on model. No cash alternative or prize transfer. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.

Drawing: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced during the Build on Your Land 101 seminar on October 15, 2026. Attendance is not required to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

General Conditions: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name and city for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if it cannot run as planned.
